2️⃣ Land NFT

🔹 🏕️ Fertile Land – Permanently increases AGAR production by +5% (Passive boost, no expiration — ideal for long-term players)

3️⃣ Essential Utility NFTs

🔹 🪓 Lumberjack NFT – Boosts AGAR yield by +2% per harvest. 🔹 💰 Merchant NFT (Basic) – Reduces withdrawal fees by 5%. 🔹 💰 Merchant NFT (Advanced) – Reduces withdrawal fees by 10%.
